I love fritters. They are maximum time anti diet friendly as they are deep fried but always tastes awesome. In our house we love to do experiment with various types of fritters and jute leaf fritters is one of them. This Crispy, delicious fritters goes perfect with tea and puffed rice or dal andrice can be another good.

This Crispy, delicious fritters goes perfect with tea and puffed rice or dal andrice can be another good.

In a mixing bowl take the gram flour, rice flour, salt, red cilli powder, termaric powder and mix them well.

Now add little water at a time and make a smooth batter with the help of a fork. The batter consistency should not be too thick or too runny.

Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying.

Keep the flame on medium heat after the oil become hot. Take two leaves together, deep into the batter and fry them.

Fry them till they become crispy and golden Brown. Then remove them from oil to paper towel.

Your jute leaf fritters is ready to serve. Enjoy this tasty fritters with your loved ones.
