Taka a cooker pour oil, put leaf, star, cardamon,cashew then one by one saute in the oil as shown in the pictures. Onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste with other ingredients as i have given above, tomato just one wip in mixi, coriander and mint chopped, mutton, chillipowder, turmeric powder and salt.

Pour 2cups of water, close the lid and leave for 2whisles. Take two and half cups of masmathi rice, wash it and soak for 15min. After 15min strain the water and keep aside. Take a pan, pour ghee, little coriander mint leaf, put the rice and saute for 5 to 10mins. Switch off and transfer the rice to another plate.

Once the cooker is done Pour the gravy from the cooker to the empty pan, add extra cups of water to it. 1cup rice we must take 2cups water. When u open the cooker it ll b watery so calculate the water and pour extra needed when transfering to the pan.

When the gravy started boiling in the pan put the rice and salt, close the lid. Keep a tawa in the bottom of the pan for dhum. Once the water got reduced and rice is cooked half just lower the flame and close the lid and leave for 10min. After 10min switchoff and just leave standing time for 10min. Then open to see ur lovely tasty biryani.
