All ingredients : sugar, milk, bread, custard powder

Take a nonstick pan add half sugar. Now start caramelizing it. Till it get golden.

Pour it in the cake mould and spread it. Let it get set.

Now take another pan. Pour milk. Keep it for boil.

Add water in custard powder. Milk it well. No lumps should be there.

Take out the sides of the bread. Grind it in fine crumbles.

Add sugar to boiling milk. Mix it well now add custard. Boiled it well.

Add grinded bread. Mix it well.

Now add the bread mixture to the cake mould on the caramelized sugar which is set. Covered it with a foil.

Now take a steamer. Steam the custard for 30 min.

After 30 min. Let it cool for 2 hrs in refrigerator. Served it cool
