In nonstick tawa grease butter add batter and spread it carefully put onion,tomato, capsicum slices one by one,add chopped green chillies,sprinkle salt and red chilli powder apply butter on side cover lid for 1 min, turn it also other side cook very well transfer to plate serve with coconut chutney, if you want put cheese on uttapam
