Cook the chicken breast. Separately, cook the tomatillos with the onion.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and set aside.

Blend the cooked tomatillos, onion, cilantro, and table cream until smooth. Pour the sauce into a bowl and set aside.

Lightly heat the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil, just until soft and pliable (do not let them get crispy). Stack them on a plate as you go.

For each serving (about 4 or 5 tortillas per plate), spoon the blended sauce over the tortillas so they are well covered. It's okay if there's extra sauce.

Sprinkle your preferred melting cheese on top and microwave for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Place the warm tortillas on a serving dish, fill each with shredded chicken, and roll them up.

Be careful when removing from the microwave—they will be very hot. Let them cool slightly before eating. Enjoy!
