Boil the potatoes and mash it roughly in a pan add oil and crackle the cumin and mustard seeds then add ginger grated, curry leaves, green chillies then add boiled potatoes add all dry masalas mix it add salt and coriander, raisins mix it well if it's too dry then add lil water and cook for few minutes and keep it aside.

Prepare a dough using maida, carom seeds, salt and water mix it well and keep in fridge for 5mins prepare a balls a roti of it cut it into 2 semicircle and with one portion make a cone of it and stick with water.. fill the filling and close it using water in fingers and prepare rest of it.. deep fry them and serve with chutney

I have made pinwheels as well with the same stuffing and dough just shape got change..
