Steps

Grease the tin and dust it.take 2 sufurias of different sizes(bigger and smaller).put water to boil in bigger sufuria then insert a small bowl at its center,then cover it.

Mix the flour and color then mix.cream fat and sugar till white,then add egg one at a time.

Add flour little by little alternating with water till well mixed

Put yourbater in the greased tin(smaller tin) and place it on the glass bowl in the bigger sufuria,cover it with a towel then put a lid.

Steam till ready,cool,,,and enjoy
