Take oil in a pan on high heat,add garlic,green chilli,onion,carrot, capsicum, beans, cabbage, spring onion,into the pan one by one.

Then after add salt to taste and black pepper powder into it.

Then add rice to it.

Then add soya sauce,red chilli sauce.

At last add vinegar into it,and garnish with spring onion,and serve it.
