Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.

Cover the dough for 15 minutes until it doubles in size.

Punch and knead,cut into desired shapes and arrange in a greased tin.

Cover and let it double in size. Egg wash.

Bake for 20 minutes.Serve and enjoy.

Jam tablets are also delicious.I use good flour when making scones.
