Wash and Soak the sabudana overnight with few drops of lemon juice

Next day,Drain the sabudana and add the red chilli powder

Tawa roast the peanuts and remove the skin and crush roughly

Heat oil and add the cumin seeds and curry leaves

Chop the potatoes into small cubes and add them.Fry the potatoes till golden brown

Now add the crushed peanuts and fry for sometime

Add the sabudana and mix well

Cover and cook for 5 mins.You will see the Pearl's might have become translucent

Add the salt and sugar and the lemon juice and stir.Add the coriander leaves too.

Serve hot.
