Easy schezwan fried rice made with schezwan sauce, veggies and rice.
Steps

Wash rice and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and cook the rice. Make sure that the rice is not over cooked. Keep aside.

Wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Steam only sweet corn, baby corn and green peas and keep aside.

To make schezwan fried rice: Heat oil in a cooking pan. On a high flame, fry onions, carrots and cabbage until half cooked yet crunchy. Add the steamed vegetables and stir fry for a minute.

Next add schezwan sauce and rice. Mix and stir fry schezwan rice for 2 minutes.

Serve schezwan fried rice hot with any Indo Chinese side.
