Mix your curd with all the dried spices to form a smooth paste. Wash and cut chicken in desired sizes.

Marinate your chicken in the curd and spice paste. Cover and leave to stand for 4 hours or refrigerate for some hours.

Prepare ur tandoor which is a local oven or you can use a grill. Place ur chicken and grill one side then turn the other side and grill till cooked. U can baste with the marinade or a little oil while grilling.

Serve on a bed of lettuce and cabbage thinly sliced with slices of onion and lemon. Enjoy
