First of all these mutton is washed properly, then marinated with one table spoon of salt and Turmeric powder at one hour, in a big bowl, cover it.

Then chopped all onions, four onions are chopped for grinding for making paste and two onions are chopped for just chonk at beginning.

Then chopped tomatoes for grinding.

Then onions and tomatoes is grinded to make a paste. After than take a pressure cooker put on the gas stove.

At medium low flame, add oil, when heated pour Jeera, bay leaves, and also daal chinni and big Elachi. After than add chopped onions for chonk, and cutting form of green chillis, mix well and cook it upto four to five minutes upto little brown.

Then put marinated mutton here, then mix well then put grinded paste of onion and tomato, mix well, then add salt, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, meat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder mix well again.

Then cook it upto five to seven minutes, when meet absorbs all the moisture, after than add half glass of water, means upto half level of cooker upto meet is situated.

Then cover the lid, and whitshel is upto eight to ten times.

Then open the lid of pressure cooker when all the pressure is released and serve this mutton tomato skin Rose and chopped onions ring.
