Steps

In a Heat pan add butter,& oil.let it hot.

Add onion,ginger, garlic,saute it.

Add tomato cook it till tender.

Add broccoli,saute it 2 miniutes, add toffu,mix it.

Add all spices,sauce,mix all things very well.

Add salt & chilli flak's.

Cook all things openly.

It is a healthy dish, so don't cook it too much.

After 5 miniutes remove it from the flame.

Serve it with chapti or parantha.

We can also make sandwiches from this.
