  • 1whole rabbit
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Saffron
  • Andrajos pasta
  • White wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the bell peppers into small pieces.

    Chop the onion into small pieces, similar to the peppers.

    Cut the rabbit into pieces, add to a skillet, and brown it.

    Once the meat is browned, add the peppers and onion and sauté briefly.

    After sautéing, add the crushed tomatoes, white wine, paprika, and saffron.

    Finally, add the andrajos pasta and water, and let it cook.
