Ingredients

  1. 1/2lauki /bottle guardy
  2. 2tomato
  3. 2onions
  4. 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1 table spoonsalt
  6. 1/2 table spoonhaldi powder
  7. 1/2 table spooncoriander powder
  8. 1/2 table spoongaram masala
  9. 4boiled potatoes
  10. 1 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  11. 1 table spoonfresh cream
  12. 2green chillis
  13. 1Tejpatta
  14. 1/2 tea spoonJeera
  15. 2 cupsoil for frying
  16. 1/2 cupBesan
  17. 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all this lauki is grated /kaddu kas in a plate.

  2. 2

    Then take a bowl insert besan, then this grated lauki, few chopped onions, green chillies, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, then with the little amount of water start to make kofta. Now take a deep kadhai, put on the gas stove, at medium flame, pour oil, when heated then start to make kofta.

    Then boiled potatoes will cut. Then take another kadhai, put on the gas stove, inser two table spoon of oil after heating, put Jeera, bay y, chopped onions, tomato, ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Mix well and cook upto five minutes.

    Then add all spices, mix well, after ten minutes of cooking add half glass of water, mix well then insert boiled cutting potatoes as well as fried kofta, cover it for five minutes.

    Then switch off the gas flame, garnish with fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves then serve it.
