Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 3 cupwater
  4. 3/4 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a kadhai, add wheat flour and mix well. Cook till dark brown.

    Add sugar and give a quick stir.

    Add hot water and mix well. Cook till water dries up and halwa leaves the sides of kadhai.

    Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
