Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts (each breast cut into two thin slices)
  • 4 tablespoonsplain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoonsvinegar
  • 2 tablespoonschicken shawarma spice mix
  • 1 tablespoondried cilantro
  • 1 tablespoonwhite pepper
  • 4-5 clovesgarlic, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and cook the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on each side.

  3. 3

    Stack the cooked chicken pieces on top of each other and slice thinly with a sharp knife.

  4. 4

    Serve with fries, pickles, and garlic sauce.
