120 ccsunflower oil
1 tablespoonvanilla essence
180 grsugar
300 grflower
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
3ripe bananas
1/4 cupmilk

In a bow shake egg, sugar, oil and essence. Add flower and baking powder.

The add the banana and milk. Mix very well, then put inside the mold greased. Cook in oven preheated 190º/200º (medium) 40/45 minutes.

When it is cold unmold and decorate with dulce de leche, banana and coconut.
