In a kadhai dry roast the ground nut, keep it aside. Add oil and bring it hot, add udad dal, Chana dal,mustard seeds and curry leaves (flame medium to low) fry it for 5 second.

Now add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli. Fry it till it looks transparent colour. Add lemon juice 2 tablespoons, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well all together.

Add boiled rice.. stir it and mix together..now time to check salt.add ground nuts and 2 tablespoon lemon juice more.Lemon rice done...

It can serve like a rice or it could be serve with some coriander chutney...
