Mix all ingrdients in meshed potato. And make a rough ball for filling.

Take soft dough of flour and make small rounded flat shape of it by hand. Place a potato ball over it and close the corners by rounding off.

Start rolling a dough ball on pad (chakla) to make a roti.

Place a pan (tawa) on high flame to make it hot them slow down the flame.
- 5
Place roti on pan and slowly cooked. Turn the side and grease with ghee/oil. Cooked from both side properly and remove from flame
- 6
Now eat with chatni/tea as per choice.
