Steps

Firstly take a deep pan add lassi and gram flour and 1 tsp turmeric powder boil it 20-25 min.

Other side take a pressure cooker heat oil add jeera washed rice and salt, required water and cook for 1-2 whistle.

Now take a pan heat oil add jeera,onion, potatoes,ginger, garlic paste cook it till them soft now add all spices mix it well.

Cook it for 4-5 min now add boiled kadhi and coriander leaves mix it cook again for5-7 min.

Kadhi chawal is ready to serve.
