Ingredients

  1. 1chicken cut up
  2. 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  3. 1 teaspooncayenne pepper
  4. 4 tablespoonscoconut aminos
  5. 8 tablespoonscoconut oil
  6. 1 1/3 cupsFrank's red hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put chicken in slow cooker.

  2. 2

    In sauce pan on medium-high heat combine hot sauce, coconut oil, coconut aminos, garlic powder & cayenne pepper. Stir and heat until mixed.

    Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker.

  4. 4

    Cook 4-6 hours on low.

  5. 5

    Remove and shred with 2 forks.

  6. 6

    Return chicken to slow cooker on warm until ready to serve.

  7. 7

    Serve chicken in baked sweet potatoes & drizzle with Ranch Dressing.
