Ingredients

  1. 1 pack(about 5 pounds) chicken thighs, boneless / skinless
  2. 1 stickbutter, salted, cut into pieces
  3. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1/8 teaspooncrushed red pepper
  5. 1 jar (12 ounces)buffalo chicken sauce
  6. 10-12 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 1 bag (16 ounces)frozen onions and peppers
  8. Rolls
  9. Blue cheese dressing

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs……….

    Place chicken thighs into your crockpot, then put your butter pieces on top of the chicken thighs. Cook on low heat for 2 ~ 3 hours, rearranging the chicken thighs once every hour………

    Shred chicken with 2 forks and add to chicken your black pepper, crushed red pepper, buffalo chicken sauce, minced garlic, frozen onions and peppers, and then cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally……..

    Serve on top of toasted rolls with blue cheese dressing and enjoy 😉!
