Steps

First wash spinach with the water and keep aside

Add the spinach leaves to the boiling water in the heated pan, keep for one to two minutes,

Next remove the spinach from the pan and put to the ice cold water and squeeze by the hand

Next add 2/3of spinach to the blender add little water make fine paste other hand rest spinach chopped and keep aside,

Now add oil to the heated pan when boils add jeera when starts cracking add crushed little garlic, chopped onion saute for two minutes or until light brown in colour

Add the chopped spinach mix it well add the dhania stir after a minutes add the termaric powder, it's not necessary but we Indians are not using termaric 😀!!! so I have used, next add the red chilli powder, then garam masala powder mix it well,

Add spinach puree keep stirring, give it a good mix and keep the flame on high mode, add required salt add the dry fenugreek leaves add milk powder mix it, when gravy is thickened turn off the flame

Now take a tarka pan add oil and butter add the red chilli, next add the lots of garlic saute it until the tarka gives a nice aroma and reddish colour,

Last but not least add the tarka to the spinach mix it well, fry few more times then yummy lasooni palak is ready.
