Steps

Place the bacon in a pot and cook until browned in its own fat.

Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent.

Once the onion and bacon are browned, add the beef.

Sauté until the beef is cooked through.

Wash the tomatillos, garlic, onion, and cilantro. Blend them with the water until very smooth, then add to the beef along with the beef bouillon cubes. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

To serve, add whole pinto beans.
