In a bowl combine soy sauce,water,sugar,salt,corn flour,garlic,onion and the maggi cube and set aside

Cut your chicken breast into long strip. In a pan put oil and put your chicken and sprinkle some black pepper powder,fry for 5 mins then add your teriyaki sauce for another five mins or till it’s tick

Wash and parboil your rice and then in the pot put mint leave and lemon grass and cooked the rice with it until it done and remove it

Serve your rice with teriyaki chicken sauce
