In a bowl add maida, urad dal powder, eno,ghee mix it with hand very well

Making syrup in a pan add sugar,water and boil. Add kesar colour, then on medium flame cook for 3 mins. Off the flame

Now add water to the maida mixture little at a time to make a smooth batter not very thick nor very thin

Fill in the batter in the sauce dispencer. Heat oil in a pan flame should be medium. Make the jalebies,Fry till light brown

Directly put the jalebies in warm sugar syrup for 2 min. Remove and keep on a plate garnish with some sliced pistachios & almonds
