Wash the mango and peel the back,cut into small pieces,wash the carrot too and cut into small pieces,also the ginger,peel and cut into small pieces.

Put all in a blender,add little lemon,sugar and water and blend until smooth.

Pour in a sieve n sift,add more water so dat it will not be too thick,let it be watery,then put in a fridge to be cool.
