Every body head about besan Chilla means gram flour Chilla today I tried samolina chilla with mixed veggies it comes out really fantastic.wow it is easy to digest and make.
Steps

Add semolina, curd,salt in a bowl mix well by adding to make thick paste and rest it for 10 minutes

Now add all chopped veggies and dry masala and ginger. Heat nonstick tawa grease it and pour 2 tbs of batter and spread carefully in a round shape. And cover with a lid when upper side dries up sprinkle oil on it and flip the side with spatula and roast nicely by pressing little all sides till golden brown.with this batter you can make 4 suji Chilla do all with same procedures serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney and enjoy the fantastic Chilla.
