  2. 1 3/4 tablespoonssalt
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1egg
  5. 1red bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper
  6. 1 headlettuce
  7. 1 slicebread
  8. 1guava

    The night before, soak the raw chicken breast in salted water (25g salt in 500cc water) and refrigerate.

    Place the raw egg in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

    Once the water boils, blanch the bell peppers briefly, then remove them. Add the brined chicken breast to the pot, wait for the water to boil again, cover, and turn off the heat. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
