Ingredients

1Cleaned fish
10Shallots
1inchGinger
4 clovesGarlic
to tasteSalt
To tasteLemon juice
As neededOil
For fry masala
2 tbspnCoriander seeds
2 tbspnPepper corns
2-3Dry red chillies 10 nos
5 cloves
1 tbspnFennel seeds
1 tbspnCumin seeds
1/2 tbspnTurmeric powder

Steps

Dry roast and grind fry masala into fine powder.

Crush shallots ginger and garlic, to this add 2 table spoon of masala powder, salt, lemon juice mix well

Marinate on fish pieces. Rest it for half and hour. And fry it.
