For green chatni take cumin, corriender, mint, green chillies salt, crushed them all on silver then pour lemon juice..

For raita add bhuna masala in beaten yougert and then salt mix and put aside

Preparation:
First on a pan slightly toast the buns then pour some oil on the pan place kabab when it was half done add beaten egg(add red chilli flakes and black pepper according to your taste) fry them and then assembled them on bun first apply ketchup, garlic sauce and mayonnaise,green chatni, them place letus an then egg +kabab, then raita coleslaw and chopped onions..
