  • 500 gramssweet potatoes
  • 10 gramsflour
  • 10 gramssugar
  • water for boil
  • oil for fried
  • 30 gramscheddar cheese (cut like dice)

    Wash and peal sweet potatoes, then steam or boil until its cook

  2. 2

    After sweet potatoes cook, mash it and mix with sugar and flour. Then shape it round oval using hand, fill with cheese

  3. 3

    Deep fried until golden brown. Then serve it
