Rice Beetroot Pops

Heat butter in a pan. Sauté onion and green chilli.

Now add beetroot and carrot. Saute and add left over rice.

Saute and add salt, pepper and coriander.

Remove from heat and add grated cheese.

Cool. Now mix thoroughly mashing little.

Flatten small portion. Fill mozzarella cheese cube and shape into ball. Repeat with the entire mixture.

Coat each ball with bread crumbs.

Keep in fridge for 10 mins.

Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
