Heat two spoon oil in kadai add half spoon each of mustard, jeera udad dal. Fry onion, green chillies. Add turmeric and salt. Add potato.Keep aside

Mix two cups wheat flour, quarte cup curd, salt and two spoon sugar and mix as stiff dough. Make small dumplings

Roll into thin disc and cut at the centre

Place the potato mixture at one corner and fold it. Seal the loose end and press with fork to give shape. Make all the samosa and keep ready

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden
- 6
Serve along with salted fried green chillies and raw onions
