Soak the moong and flatten rice for 5 minutes, in a cooker take 1 tsp ghee,crackle cumin,garlic and asafotida. Roast oats then add soaked ingredients. Then salt,turmeric and roast for 5 minutes again.

Add water and cover the lid of pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistle

When pressure removes take out the porridge add 1 tsp ghee and feed your baby warm
