Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take a bowl and add rice add salt red chilli powder mash the mixer

Shape the mixture in to round balls. Gently slide them into hot oil and deep fry till crispy on the outside. Once all the vada are done with frying then take 2.5 cups water in a wide bowl. Add the vadas to the water. Soak them. Take each vada press between your palms to remove excess water.

Take 2 cups fresh chilled curd in a bowl and beat it till smooth. Now gently place these vadas in the curd. Place vadas in a plate add more curd if required now add the green chutney sweet chutney sprinkle red chilli powder roasted cumin powder chaat masala black salt as per taste.

Serve dahi bhalla thanda thanda cool cool.
