Steamed Fritatta with Crumpets

Making a balanced fritatta with eggs and cheese can sometimes be a challenge.
We don't like it sticking to the pan... it's such a waste.
Our Tefal 10-in-1 multicooker allows us to cook our veg, and then steam the eggs to perfection.
Out pops our brunch - the eggs hold its shape and is light and fluffy.

Steps
- 1
Chop vegetables.
- 2
"Crust Fry" vegetables for 10 minutes. Stir in spices.
- 3
After browning and softening the vegetables, add in whisked eggs evenly. Set it on "Baking" mode for 5 minutes. Add grated cheese and switch to "Keep Warm" mode.
- 4
Toast crumpets and add butter or margarine. My trick is to use 2 non-stick fish slices to split in half and to lift it out.
