Ingredients

  • 1 katoriLeftover khichdi-
  • 1/2 katori or as per requirementBesan- to bind them
  • Pinchajwain
  • Pinchcumin seed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder-
  • 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • as neededLittle water
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take leftover khichdi-1katori, Add besan, Salt, Black pepper powder, Coriander powder, cumin seeds, ajwain, Little water to make a medium smooth batter. Now heat the oil and pour the little batter with hands or spoon and deep fry them.

    Serve hot with tea or coffee.
