Ingredients

  1. Dates 5 soaked and seedless
  2. Chikoo 1 cup peeled and cut
  3. Bnana 1 chopped
  4. 2 cupsMilk chilled
  5. cubesSome ice
  6. 3 tbspAlmonds
  7. 3 tbspPistachio
  8. 3 tbspWalnuts
  9. 1/4 tspCinnamon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the nuts in the blender.

  2. 2

    Add the dates and blend well.

  3. 3

    Add the milk, cinnamon and blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add chikoo, bnana and ice and blend well.

  5. 5

    Pour into glasses and serve.
