Ingredients

7-8 persons can easily fill their bellies😁
  • 1000 grice
  • 5medium sized potatoes (fried as the shape of french fries)
  • 1medium sized cabbage
  • 750 gchicken
  • 250 ggreen peas
  • 2-3medium sized capsicum
  • 2small onions
  • 7-8 clovesgarlic
  • salt- as per taste
  • black pepper - as per taste
  • 2-3 tbssoya sauce
  • 2 tbsoil (for rice)
  • 4-5 tbsoil (for saute vegies)
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice (three fourth) along with salt. Drain the water and pour oil and give a good mix.

  2. 2

    Boil chicken and peas in same pan with little bit of salt and black pepper. After boiling, shred the chicken.

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Now add garlic. Fry them just a little as it gives fragrance.

  4. 4

    Now add onions and fry them. Don't make them golden brown.

  5. 5

    Now add capsicum and cabbage and saute them.

  6. 6

    Now when these vegies are fried, add potato fries, peas and chicken.

  7. 7

    Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Add soya sauce.

  8. 8

    Give it a good mix.

  9. 9

    Add rice to the veggies and mix together.

  10. 10

    Serve and enjoy.
