  • 4 bunchsakaa
  • 4 bunchsagett
  • 1 cuponions
  • 2 cupstomatoes
  • 2 cubesroyco
  • Pinchsalt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 cupsmilk or cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chopped managu in water

    Add chopped onions, fry until slightly browned

    Add 2 royco cubes, mix. Add cooked managu

    Add tomatoes and coom until soft

    Fry managu a few minutes

    Pour in 2 cups milk, mix

    Cover pan allow to cook until milk almost dissolved. Serve with ugali
