Chilli prawn tagliatelle

Heat pan of salted water for the pasta, mean while finely chop and deseed the chilli, garlic and parsley, zest the lemon

Heat a pan with olive oil, add prawns, as well as the garlic, capers, chilli and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper

Toss in the pan for 5 mins, add a splash of white wine and reduce then add the tinned tomatoes and chopped parsley, crush the tomatoes and simmer to thicken

While the sauce cooks add the pasta to the water following the given instructions (depending on if you are using fresh or dried pasta)

Once the pasta is cooked, and sauce has reduced, add the tagliatelle to the sauce and toss, adding some of the pasta water to loosen if required

Add a squeeze of lemon juice, garnish with some chopped parsley and serve
