Ingredients

  1. 2 pcscassava
  2. to tastesalt
  3. cooking oil
  4. Gresh green chilli/ chilli powder-optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and clean your cassavas.

  2. 2

    Bring them to boil.

  3. 3

    Once ready, drain them.

  4. 4

    Remove the roots that are found at the centre core of the cassava. I understand they are poisonous.

    In a sufuria, heat some oil. Add in your cassavas.

  6. 6

    Turn them like twice or thrice till they turn brown n crunchy.

  7. 7

    Remove them and drain excess oil.

  8. 8

    In Frying pan, add some very little oil. Add chopped tomatoes n some salt.

  9. 9

    Mix well then toss your cassavas. Saute for only 5 mins. Remove from the heat n serve while hot.

    Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
