6 cupsfresh decicated coconut
The 2tbsp of veg oil
2 cupssugar

Place a pan of two tbsp of oil on a low heat
2

Mix the coconut with the sugar then u pour it on the oil
3

Keep on stirring it till dry and golden brown
4

Note:do not leave it alone on heat,stir it continuously till dry because it takes time to dry and adding of oil is very important
