This recipe is my mom's secret and the most favourite recipe which I have shared today. It is prepared with a mixture of plum, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, cashew nuts and pistachios along with an aromat fragrance of Kesar rabdi.

In a kadai dry roast the stuffing ingredients for 2 minutes. Then churn it in a grinder.

At the same time reduce 3/4th of the milk, then add sugar, condensed milk, saffron and cardamom powder mix it throughly.

In another kadai heat milk for dough, add milk powder and cardamom powder stir it continuously make a soft dough then add ghee cool it down for 3 minutes then add flour rub it properly and divide into small balls.

Make small puri, put the stuffing in it and close it like a samosa, add it in the rabdi cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
