Cook Biski (dafaffen kulli), wash white rice and soak for 7mins

Add step 1 in a container, add small onion and yeast then grind them all together

After grinding, turn everything with a spatula and cover tightly and leave it to rise

Set masa pan on fire, add a spoon of oil and scoop a desired amount of masa(kulli),do same for every portion of the pan

For the sauce, set a pot on fire put beef, diced onions, salt, oil and spices cover for 6mins

Open and stir, add diced tomatoes and scotch bonnet cover for 9mins
- 7
Open and stir, add seasoning and a little water (if required) bring it to a boil, now wash vegetable and add, bring the pot down. Enjoy
