  3. Dash7 different spices
  4. Knorr cube seasoning
  5. Handfulcrushed cornflakes
  6. Handfulbread crumbs
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Ketchup and scallion to garnish

    Wash chicken breast and cut into strips, add egg, dash of spices, cayenne pepper,knorr cube and mix well, let it seat for 40mins

    Then set oil on fire,coat the marinated chicken in the cornflakes and breadcrumbs mixture

    Then fry until golden brown, serve hot with some ketchup
