Steps

Put the water and the sugar in a sufuria and let it boil under low heat till the sugar dissolves

Add the food color and cinnamon and keep on stirring till it forms a thick paste

Pour your grated coconut into the paste and keep on stirring it under low heat for 3 mins

Grease your baking tin or a flat surface and pour the mixture in it
- 5
Let it cool then cut it to your preferred shape
